Sacrifice 2 years + $ 44k Cash in exchange for my current full time Job .

Was send back to HP Service Center for service .
Verified was Motherboard causing all this while ..

HP Technician unable to recover back data ... *have no idea what the f** they did * ..
Instead of trouble recovering back the data ...
HP Technician reformat it and installed Window Vista FOC .

Good News : FOC Genuine Window Vista use FOC Microsoft Security Essentials.
Bad News: Window XP data all disappear , gotta re-download software again ..

Honestly HP Pavilion Dv-3000 Personal Notebook had been using it nearly 3Years .
All this while send to Hp Service Center for service were due to hardware failure ..
Within Three Years : 4x Breakdown
Motherboard 2x
Nvidia GeForce Graphics Processors 4x
Sata Hard Disk 2x

半睜著眼看著表，現在離上學時間還有30分鐘零50秒，我還有15分零10秒可以睡，閉著那只眼繼續睡。精明的金牛為了可以多睡會，都算計到秒了。

Why "Nice Guys" are often such LOSERS

You hear it all the time: "He was such a NICE Guy, and she's such a Heartless Bitch for dumping him."

I get letters from self-professed Nice Guys, complaining that women must WANT to be treated like shit, because THEY, the "Nice Guy" have failed repeatedly in relationships. This is akin to the false logic that "Whales are mammals. Whales live in the sea. Therefore, all mammals live in the sea."

If you have one bad relationship after another, the only common denominator is YOU. Think about it.

What's wrong with Nice Guys? The biggest problem is that most Nice Guys (tm) are hideously insecure. They are so anxious to be liked and loved that they do things for other people to gain acceptance and attention, rather than for the simply pleasure of giving. You never know if a Nice Guy really likes you for who you are, or if he has glommed onto you out of desperation because you actually paid some kind of attention to him.

Nice Guys exude insecurity -- a big red target for the predators of the world. There are women out there who are "users" -- just looking for a sucker to take advantage of. Users home-in on "Nice Guys", stroke their egos, take them for a ride, add a notch to their belts, and move on. It's no wonder so many Nice Guys complain about women being horrible, when the so often the kind of woman that gets attracted to them is the lowest form of life...

Self-confident, caring, decent-hearted women find "Nice Guys" to be too clingy, self-abasing, and insecure.

Nice Guys go overboard. They bring roses to a "lets get together for coffee" date. They try to buy her affections with presents and fancy things. They think they know about romance, but their timing is all wrong, and they either come-on too strong, too hard and too fast, OR, they are so shy and unassertive, that they hang around pretending to be "friends", in the hope that somehow, someway, they will get the courage up to ask her out for a "date".

They are so desperate to please that they put aside their own needs, and place the object of their desire on a pedestal. Instead of appreciating her, they worship her. We are only human, and pedestals are narrow, confining places to be -- not to mention the fact that we tend to fall off of them.

They cling to her, and want to be "one" with her for fear that if she is out of sight, she may disappear or become attracted to someone else. A Nice Guy often has trouble with emotional intimacy, because he believes that if she learns about the REAL person inside, she will no longer love him.

Nice Guys are always asking HER to make the decisions. They think it's being equitable, but it puts an unfair burden of responsibility on her, and gives him the opportunity to blame her if the decision was an unwise one.

Nice Guys rarely speak up when something bothers them, and rarely state clearly what it is they want, need and expect. They fear that any kind of conflict might spell the end of the relationship. Instead of comprimising and negotiating, they repeatedly "give in". When she doesn't appreciate their sacrifice, they will complain that, "Everything I did, I did for her.", as if this somehow elevates them to the status of martyrs. A woman doesn't want a martyr. She wants an equal, caring, adult partner.

Nice Guys think that they will never meet anyone as special as she is. They use their adoration as a foundation for claiming that "no one will ever love her as much as I do." Instead of being a profound statement of their devotion, this is a subtle, but nasty insult. It is akin to saying to her: "You are a difficult person, and only *I* can ever truly love you, so be thankful I'm here."

The nice guy -needs- to believe that he is the best person for the object of his desires, because otherwise his insecurities will overrun him with jealousies and fear. The truth of the matter is that there are many people out there who can be a good match for her. We rarely stop loving people we truly care about. Even if we no longer continue the relationship, the feelings will continue... But love isn't mutually exclusive. We can (and do) love many people in our lives, and romantic love is really no different. Though he may love her immensely, there will likely be other people who have loved her just as much in her past, and will love her just as much in the future. The irony of it all is: "Who would want to go out with someone who was inherintly unlovable anyways?"

More than loving the woman in his life, a Nice Guy NEEDS her. "She is my Life, my only source of happiness..." YECH! What kind of a burden is that to place on her? That SHE has to be responsible for YOUR happiness? Get a grip!

Another mistake Nice Guys make is to go after "hard luck" cases. They deliberately pick women with neuroses, problems, and personality disorders, because Nice Guys are "helpers". A Nice Guy thinks that by "helping" this woman, it will make him a better, more lovable person. He thinks it will give him a sense of accomplishment, and that she will appreciate and love him more, for all his efforts and sacrifice. He is usually disappointed by the results.

This ultimately boils down to the fact that Nice Guys don't like themselves. Is it any wonder women don't like them? In order to truly love someone else, you must first love yourself. Too often Nice Guys mistake obsession for "love".

Get this Guys: INSECURITY ISN'T SEXY. IT'S A TURNOFF.

You don't have to be an ego-inflated, arrogant jerk. You just have to LIKE yourself. You have to know what you want out of life, and go after it. Only then will you be attractive to the kind of woman with whom a long-term relationship is possible.

Defensive Behavior

A method many of us use to protect our self-esteem.
Often, defensiveness is used to hide those parts of our personality or emotions we can’t or don’t want to expose to others.
Think of defensiveness as a coping mechanism against emotional harm and pain.

Defensive behavior is one of the leading causes of on-going painful conflicts within a relationship, the type which can lead to long term damage. Defensive behavior sends the message to your partner that their experiences and ideas are wrong, and that you are in the right. However, as you may have seen, in these situations, a well meaning defense can quickly turn into a battle where each side is unwilling to give in.

The Communication Battle Attack: History is full of those moments when a true defense was necessary. In romantic medieval times, when a person was attacked, they defended themselves. They pulled out their armor, a shield and sword, and prepared to do battle. This response was due their desire to protect their own safety. Thinking back to the previous situation, when during an interchange if your partner is in a defensive position, it is generally because they don’t feel safe and possibly feel attacked. This leads them to put on their armor for their own protection, and then pick up their own sword and attack. This situation is what I call a “Communication Battle.” Situations such as these break down the family unit and place the combatants on opposing sides, fighting against each other in a vicious pattern, one that creates little positive communication.

Defensive behaviors can also be a sign of deeper communication issues. Sometimes, no matter how carefully someone addresses an issue with you, you automatically go into defense mode. This common response is often learned at a young age; when tough situations arise, each of us naturally reacts in a certain way. This reaction becomes a crutch to help us through situations where we need help coping with our own insecurities. However, we often become dependant on our crutches, and choose to keep them around far longer than they are actually needed. If this sounds like you, it will take more of an effort to remove the crutch and change this behavior.

Defensive Behaviors, like many common communication issues often become exacerbated by poor communication skills. In relationships, it is often easier to point out how your partner needs to change than to work as a team to confront the issue together. The most important thing to remember in this situation is that people change when they want to, not when we want them to.

The key to creating change in unhealthy communication patterns is to create a supportive environment, where both partners are working to communicate effectively. This places responsibility on both partners, allowing each to have a stake in the outcome.

Relationships are like a baby mobile, if you tug on one side, everything changes. If you shift your behavior, your partner will automatically have to shift their behavior in response. Make sure you move in the right direction, allowing you partner’s behavior to move in the same way. All this change is often overwhelming, placing us in situations where we once again start to rely on our safe, comfortable, old crutches. However, no movement can happen if we continually rely on our crutches for support. It may be time to remember how to walk on your own again, leaving the crutches behind. Leaving the crutches behind is not easy, but do not fear, it can be done. Learning to walk unaided again takes a lot of willingness and self exploration, topics which a therapist can assist you with. In my practice, I foster a collaborative exploration in which I ask directing questions; questions which require you to look deep inside, and determine what your crutches are.

Quick Tips to Deal with Defensive Behaviors:

• Keep track of how often you get defensive, use a notebook so an accurate record is kept. What did you say? How was your tone of voice? What was your body language saying? Keeping track helps you become more aware of your own behaviors. Awareness is Key in creating change in life.

• Next time you begin feeling attacked, don’t surrender, withdraw, or attack back. Instead of becoming defensive try to understand where your partner is coming from. Ask meaningful questions about how they feel, and express how you feel.

• Start Individual or couples counseling. You can gain insight and a larger understanding of where this and other negative behaviors come from, why they happen, and how to decrease them.

• Experiment with trying something different. Next time you notice yourself becoming defensive, try doing something different. Notice how your partner reacts. Does he/she react differently? Where they less or more reactive? Look for the smallest change, because changes start small. Remember the mobile, and remember that each change will bring about more changes.

• Of course, no one can be completely rid of their own defensive behaviors; however, we can always decrease our reactivity to create a safe and caring environment for our partner. The safer (emotionally) it is for your partner, the safer your partner will make it for you. They will follow by example.

正在靠着池塘的篱笆，做运动

老婆婆正在教老伯伯做运动，

我心想老伯伯有老人痴呆症，老婆婆不离弃他，正是难得。

KUANTAN: A 35-year-old mechanic who used violence to have sex with his wife was yesterday given the maximum sentence of five years' jail under a new law to protect wives.

He was charged under Section 375A of the Penal Code with injuring his 32-year-old wife during sex at their home in Taman Kampung Padang Jaya at 3.15pm on April 19.

This is believed to be the first case under the new provision introduced in 2007 making it an offence for a husband to cause hurt to his wife or put her in fear of death in order to have sexual intercourse.

The punishment is a jail term which may extend to five years.

The accused was also sentenced to 10 years' jail and three strokes of the rotan for a second charge of performing anal sex on her.

Sessions Court judge Hassan Abdul Ghani ordered the sentences to run concurrently from yesterday.

The man, a father of a nine-year-old girl, kept his composure when the verdict was given but burst into tears when he was hugged by his mother and a family member.

Hassan had delivered a scathing judgment and berated the accused for ill-treating his wife by dragging her, slapping her and forcing her to have sex instead of treating her in a loving manner.

He said the wife, who worked as a secretary, had told the court that the accused had treated her in a violent manner during sex ever since she married him nine years ago but she had endured it for the sake of their marriage and their only child.

He said the court and the public could not accept such treatment to women in their role as wives and they should be protected from their violent spouses.

He said the accused had repeatedly expressed his remorse to his wife after each violent episode but repeated his behaviour.

"We commend the wife for having the courage to sacrifice her family's good name by coming forward and lodging a police report against the husband after the last episode on April 19," he said.

"Even though it was a shameful and personal thing to admit, she did it in the hope that her husband would change.

"We hope this will inspire other wives who suffer in silence to come out and seek justice for themselves," he said.

Hassan said that although the accused, who changed his plea to guilty on the second day of the trial on Tuesday, had expressed his remorse to his wife and his love for their daughter, he should be grateful to his wife for causing the paradigm shift in their relationship.

"If the accused had repented his action much earlier, he would not have been in this court today.

"Now he is in trouble but his wife had been feeling the pain for years," he said.

Outside the court, the accused's wife waited patiently with their daughter and other family members to see him.

Though she shied away from the press, it was learnt that the couple was still married and the wife was willing to accept him after he had served the sentence.

Counsel Syed Azimal Amir Syed Abu Bakar said he would be filing an appeal.

Deputy public prosecutor Law Chin How appeared for the prosecution.

All alive people must know the motive of life,but ever you thought on this before?

When you are in joy,when you are living a satisfy life,you never thought about this main question of your life.

When you are in sorrow,nothing happens good in your life,when you feel frustration,that time you ask a question to yourself,

What is the motive of my life? If you get any suitable answer,you tried to achieve that,but unfortunately,if the answer is negative,you start run away from life or sometimes think to suicide,which is coward's business.

Only aliveness is not sufficient for life,you have some reason to live,some purpose is required.Actually this is the most precious thing that you are alive at moment but you never take it as positive or never think this way.You worry about the things which are beyond your control,you are taking breathe is the most valuable for you,all other things are secondary.Most people don't think about this and keep eye on the different matters which may not directly affect
their life.

If you live a satisfied life then you don't have to seperately search the answer of this question,for this you have take a deep experience of life."Living life should be your motive".When you go to your work place,you have motive in your mind that may be money,fame etc. but when you participate in any party will you try to find out any motive? you just enjoy it.Every one should think like this.You may argue,how it is possible? one should have motive for life.Yes,it is very true but the only one side of question.We never see any thing in full because our physical organ have limitations.If I show you my hand,you can see
the only part facing to you but can't see the opposite side.This is true for all other matters.You see all the things in parts,even you can not see a small particle of sand in full.What ever knowledge you have right now,that is collected by your five organ in part & still you can add more & more.No knowledge will make you perfect.The knowledge gained by human organ will never complete,you have to see beyond that.

When I say,you have to see beyond,it means not to add any extra eye to your body.I mean to think which your organ can not experience.Many things are happening in this universe which we can not experience,but a pure mind can catch that.

We have to be thankful to that God who gives us a human life.It is not at all necessary to have a motive of life,but to force people for a happy life,we have to ask them for any motive.our motive should to know what life means? no other motive is required.When you know there is no ned of any motive,you feel very extraordinary feeling of to be alive.

Brontok Virus came from Indonesia. It arrives as an attachment of e-mail named kangen.exe ("kangen" word itself means "I miss you so much"). When Brontok is first run, it copies itself to the user's application data directory. It then sets itself to start up with Windows, by creating a registry entry in the HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run registry key. It disables the Windows Registry Editor (regedit.exe)and modifies Windows Explorer settings. It removes the option of "Folder Options" in the Tools menu so that the hidden files, where it is concealed, are not easily accessible to the user. It also turns off Windows firewall. In some variants, when a window is found containing certain strings (such as "application data") in the window title, the computer reboots. 有那么一对情侣.女孩很漂亮,非常善解人意,偶尔时不时出些坏点子耍耍男孩.男孩很聪明,也很懂事,最主要的一点.幽默感很强.总能在2个人相处中找到可以逗女孩发笑的方式.女孩很喜欢男孩这种乐天派的心情.他们的爱情一直相处不错,女孩对男孩的感觉,淡淡的,说男孩象自己的亲人.男孩对女孩爱甚深,非常非常在乎她.所以每当吵架的时候,男孩都会说是自己不好,自己的错.即使有时候真的不怪他的时候,他也这么说.他不想让女孩生气. 就这样过了5年,男孩仍然非常爱女孩,象当初一样.

　　　　女孩强忍悲痛来到了事故车停车场,她想看看男孩呆过的最后的地方.车已经撞得完全不成样子.方向盘上,仪表盘上,还沾有男孩的血迹. 男孩的母亲把男孩当时身上的遗物给了女孩,钱包,手表,还有那部沾满了男孩鲜血的手机.女孩翻开钱包,里面有她的照片,血渍浸透了大半张. 当女孩拿起男孩的手表的时候,赫然发现,手表的指针停在12点35分附近.女孩瞬间明白了,男孩在出事后还用最后一丝力气给她打电话,而她自己却因为还在堵气没有接.男孩再也没有力气去拨第2遍电话了,他带着对女孩的无限眷恋和内疚走了.

Perseverance, or persistent determination, is a common personal development topic, and therefore I will not be discussing perseverance in it’s traditional sense. What I will be discussing is smart perseverance. The problem with the traditional concept of perseverance is it’s vagueness. When should you persist and when should you just quit and move on? When is perseverance smart, and when is it just a waste of time?

Smart perseverance simply is a conscious persistent determination. It involves regularly evaluating each one of your goals and actions deciding whether or not you should keep going. The following tips will shed a lot more light on smart perseverance.

1. Pursue Your Heart’s True Desires.

Never give up on something that you can’t go a day without thinking about. ~ Unknown

A lot of the time we aren’t really going after what we want because of fear or insecurity. We end up pursuing lives that never even feel like they are truly our own, instead they are just what society and others consider appropriate. On your death bed do you want to look back on your life with regrets? This is why you must really go after what your heart desires. It can be difficult to find your hearts true desires because of social conditioning and many of society’s implied rules which you are raised with. You must approach it like an innocent young kid, who sees a world full of endless possibilities. Once you are pursuing your heart’s true desire, smart perseverance takes care of itself. You will be naturally motivated to pursue your desires.
2. Do Not Confuse the Means with the Ends

If asked, what do you want out of life? Most of us would conclude happiness. We all want to lead happy satisfying lives. However sometimes we associate the wrong things with happiness. It’s common in a capitalist society that money is associated with happiness. This is done in tv shows, the movies, and advertising. Money is necessary however it’s important to realize that it’s just a mean to an end. The problem is that a lot of people pursue making lots and lots of money as one of their goals. And once they make the money they realize that longterm money by itself never makes a person happy. Your real goal should be happiness. And once you make this clarification you will realize that there are many more means to happiness than just money. As an example building friendships with fun exciting happy people will always add to the quality of your life, and leave you feeling happier. Giving back to your community will also increase your happiness. Taking time to reflect on all of the great things that you have been blessed with in your life will also make you happier.
3. Do Not Give up Because of Laziness.

An easy happy satisfying life is an ideal. There are no shortcuts to happiness. Life is a journey not a destination. Living a lazy easy lifestyle will never be satisfying in the longrun. In fact it usually leads to feeling a light depression. Living a happy satisfying life is hard work.
4. Do Not Give up Because of Slow or Lack of Progress.

Most of the important things in the world have been accomplished by people who have kept on trying when there seemed to be no hope at all. ~ Dale Carnegie

This will take care of itself if you are pursuing your heart’s true desires, because your desire will be so strong, that progress will become irrelevant. However there still will be times where you might become discouraged because of the slow or lack of progress. Remember that while in a movie you can see a character progress or change his whole lifestyle in a matter of 2 hours, in real life progress is much slower. This is why most people don’t stick with their goals. Aim for steady slow progress.
5. Success is Closer than You Think.

Many of life’s failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up. ~ Thomas Alva Edison

Success might just be around the corner. Even if it’s not, by persevering in pursuing your goal you are building a great lifelong habit. If you give up on your goal, how do you know that you will not give up on your next goal or the one after that? Be careful not to make giving up a habit. If you hang in there and keep working at it, you are building a persistent determined character.
6. Be Flexible & Willing to Change.

Do not let your current identity or self image limit the pursuit of your goals. Be willing to make changes, to try new things, and to learn new skills. Be willing to look like a fool every now and then. Remember that if you keep doing the same things you will always get the same results. So to achieve a new goal you must slowly make changes and try different things.
7. Start Visualizing.
Visualization is very powerful especially as you use it more and more. Whatever goal or endeavor you are pursuing, close your eyes and start visualizing yourself as having achieved it. Visualize how happy you feel as a result.

If, for example, you are pursuing weight loss then visualize a thin version of yourself with your ideal weight and body shape. Visualize how lean your body looks, how well clothing fit you, how confident and happy you are with your amazing body shape. Visualize how energetic you are. Visualize becoming a lot more successful in other areas of your life because of the confidence you now have from achieving your weight loss goal.

Daily review your goals, and visualize achieving them.
8. Add Emotions to Your Goals

A goal is just a goal, a few words or sentences. However once you add emotions, it starts becoming part of you. Achieving that goal becomes a strong part of your character. Lets say you set the following goal “I want to lose weight”. This is a very plainly stated goal. What does it look like when you add emotions? “I want to lose weight because I’m sick of always having to buy new clothing that are a size or two bigger. I want to lose weight because I’m sick of looking in the mirror and seeing all those fat rolls.” The more emotional reasons that you come up with for why you must achieve a goal the better. You should regularly review and add to your list of reasons.
9. Regularly Review these Words of Calvin Collidge

今天睡得特别安定..
一看时间已经两点钟了..
眼睛还没开就冲去厕所，放放水，刷刷牙 ...

接着下来当然开电脑上上网啦..
哥哥就问，要不要去大姐哪儿游水，做GYM , Sauna
看看小肥妹当然也不错的啦 ...

注意：小弟对肥妹没兴趣

心里想想..也一阵子没去大姐哪儿了(Apartment )
一往下看... 我这儿也开始肥了吧。
是时候去减肥了。

当然就答应它们咯...
还没去之前，我们去了One Utama ，
买了一只鸡,两种菜不同的菜咯。

来到姐夫的家..
我们快快的放了东西就去@!~
游泳咯@!~~ (只是他们)
而我就去做 Gym 咯 .
然后就去 Sauna @~
我们一直玩到七点多..才想回去

经过时，遇见五个非洲人 .在游泳池玩水
心想，怎么多了三个非洲人呢...?

注意:我们所遇见两个非洲人，是在 GYM 里的 ..最好笑得事他们要去 GYM 房间时，
给保安人员阻止, even though they are the resident of it .. xD
脸的问题吧 ...?
但他们的牙齿真得很白，白到可以拍黑人牙膏的广告 ...

回到姐夫的家,当然是冲凉咯@!~..
姐姐就准备了三样菜，
1）莲藕汤
2)菜
3）盐蒸鸡

美味的佳肴哇!@~!~
晚餐后,看了一部八度空间的戏 "西游记" ..

玩了一盘百万富翁,不到十五分钟..
接到妈妈打来的电话..
接着就载她咯 @@!~

美好的一天就这么完了~
也不好意识，姐夫和姐姐看起来也累了@~

Woke up earlier in the morning . Frighten by my Dad earlier in the morning , alarm clock hasn't really rang yet and he woke me up .. sigh ...
Reach to KI earlier in the morning and wondering , how come so few of them ? And realize sky has change the time to 9 o'clock ( Didn't pay attention in the class ).

Sky was a bit different by today came into the class and act differently . Suddenly asking us some of the question from last week ( Business Management Studies ). More then 85% of the student send out by him , it isn't stopping him for searching his
" pray " .

Yes , He is definitely " EVIL " . It is a Good Start to learn anything from our Professional lecturer . This will remind us to study hard . BERTEKUN ! . Next week he's going to ask some of the question again ...
